On the myhotwife forum someone posted a picture of an anklet he'd purchased for his Hotwife. Thanks to the wonders of Google I was able to do a picture search and find the website he'd purchased it from which was Etsy. Etsy.Com
Further research revealed the actual manufacturer of the Jewelry, a small company run by a lifestyle couple in the USA.

The jewelry arrived really nicely packaged, each item individually gift wrapped, here are a few pictures of each piece, pictures of them being worn by Alanna to follow when I get around to it, lol.
This is a double chain anklet featuring the Vixen charm nesting in the Stag Horns.
An Anklet featuring double cherries, no sexual significance, Alanna just liked it.
An Anklet featuring the well known Venus and Mars symbols representing MFM Activity.
A charm anklet representing a Vixen.
The last piece is a custom made lapel pin.
